      Are you ready to embark on a heartfelt journey of transformation, growth, and culinary passion? This is the story of how life’s unexpected twists—from bustling Buenos Aires to tranquil Córdoba—reshaped our family and my career as a chef. 

      From Adventures in Buenos Aires to

      Family Life in Quito 

        Our carefree days in Buenos Aires were unforgettable, but the news of our first child changed everything. Adulthood arrived with a bang, and our next stop was Quito, Ecuador, where we embraced the charm of a small apartment, the aroma of fresh bread, and the joy of family bonds. My wife’s Swiss parents played a pivotal role during this time, creating precious memories as we prepared for the arrival of our daughter.  

         

        Balancing family life with my culinary passion wasn’t easy. By day, I worked as a secretary; by night, I baked cakes and cooked meals that filled our home with warmth. When our daughter was born, life became both exhilarating and challenging, teaching us resilience and the beauty of parenthood.  

         

        Although Ecuador offered vibrant markets and rich culinary traditions, we knew we needed to return to Argentina. My dream of completing culinary school beckoned, and the journey continued.  



        A New Chapter: 

        From Bialet Massé to Córdoba 

         

        We settled in Bialet Massé, a quiet town near Córdoba, surrounded by rolling hills and fresh air. The transition brought hurdles, from intense study to a relentless job hunt. To make ends meet, I crafted and sold empanadas, their golden, flaky crusts a testament to my determination.  

         

        Eventually, I secured a position as **Head Cook at a pizzeria**, enduring long commutes and grueling hours. Yet, every step fueled my ambition. My break came when I applied to a renowned restaurant in Carlos Paz. The nerve-wracking interview was a turning point; I became Head Chef, ready to showcase my culinary skills. 



        Lessons from a

        Journey of Passion and Perseverance 

         

        From Buenos Aires’ vibrant streets to Ecuador’s colorful markets and Córdoba’s tranquil hills, each chapter added a unique flavor to my story. Parenthood, sacrifice, and persistence became the key ingredients in building a meaningful life and career.
